Demons

Tonight... I wrestled with demons. And let me tell you, they are really good wrestlers. You see, I'm trying to get over a certain thing which has recently occurred in my life, and have been somewhat successful over the past few weeks. Tonight, the demons were bugging me about something different. If you haven't gathered already, the town I live in is really quite small... in fact, it only has about 5,000 people in it. Which in turn means that my options for having any romantic interaction with anyone are slim to none. There are aboud 7 people in my town that I can have any chance of dating. 4 of which do either drugs, drink, or smoke, which rules them out completely. One who is not my type. And another who doesn't want anything right now. Which leaves me with one person. Well... the demons were bugging me to talk to this person about this situation.
I finally decided that I should proceed and talk to this person, because, as I have stated to more than one person, I need desperately to go on a date. So, I call them. They weren't home, but at work, so I decided that I really needed to know tonight. I got lucky, because they had not yet gone on break, so I waited until they did. This person was delighted to see me. I asked if they were seeing anyone, to which they replied, "kinda but not really." The person they are "kinda" seeing lives in California.
I finally got up the guts to ask this person if they would ever consider anything with me. To which they replied "yes." Wow... am I ever stoked! I can't even explain it. I am so happy tonight, it's ridiculous. So a date is in the near future... now I just need a good idea... I'll have to think about that one, and save up some money.
