Clothes, Cars, and Crying Babies
Today was schoolclothesshopingday. Wow... that was sort of a strain... Anyways. I went clothes shopping. First off, I must mention that I HATE shopping. It is one of my least favorite things to do. Unless I happen to be shopping for electronics or music stuff, then I like it. Second, I was already bored to begin with today... this just added fuel to the fire.
We went to 2 places and spent a total of $120 on 2 pairs of jeans, a pair of khakis, a long sleeved shirt, socks, and 2 collared shirts. It was great. That's my new wardrobe for the school year... a nice one I might add. One of the collared shirts I purchased was a Kenneth Cole shirt. For those of you who don't know, Kenneth Cole is a really nice brand of shirt. The shirt was normally $45, but thanks to Ross, I got it for $25. What a buy... What a buy.
Anyways. In both of the stores we shopped at, there were screaming babies. For God's sake... just take the babies home. I want to stay sane!!! I wanna live!!! I wanna live!!!
And as for the cars. I vented my frustrations to my mother about people who can't merge. I seem to run into them quite a lot. There is a reason there is a merge lane. Most people do just fine. But there a few who will be driving 45 down a merge lane to a 55 mph road. Hello. My name is stupid. The merge lane is for MERGING. Speed up to the rest of the traffic and get your butt in gear.
Apart from that, the day was good. Food is on the table, and I am hungry. Until next time... the Nerd Herd reminds you:
SAFETY FIRST!!!

Lexi, I have only this to say: Now you know what every day of work is like for me as far as . . . well the crying babies and merging, I have to deal with both. Thankfully not at the same time!
This is the EXACT same spiel that Jess and I use everytime we're driving together...damn people who can't merge.
DID YOU SAY BANANA FRITTERS???
