Transvaal Park

Thanks to Wikipedia, I learned something new today:

Transvaal Park is a waterpark in some Russian city whose name I can't pronounce, that is based on an African theme. Apparently it has many heated pools, a wavepool, and a sauna. Here's my favorite part: On February 14, 2004, there was an accident where the glass roof at the facility collapsed. Apparently it killed 20 people and injured a bunch more. Now, why is this even remotely interesting to me? Because the architect who designed the building claimed that it had been attacked by terrorists. Really, it was due to faulty design. Stupid architect, just trying to pass the blame onto someone else. Nice try.
