Hazard to myself?

Well, today, again, my temper is raging. God damn, this really needs to stop. Today, I made my brother cry because I was being such an ass... I mean, I thought I had my anger under control... maybe not so much. I think I'm just hazardous to myself and everyone around me... yeah, that's it.
